1. Description of Service

Farmlens is a predictive listing intelligence platform for solo real estate agents. It analyzes publicly available and licensed property data to score and rank homeowners in a defined farm area by their likelihood to sell, based on life-stage signals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or practicing real estate professional to use Farmlens. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •You may not share your account with others
• •You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• •You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use Farmlens for any unlawful purpose or in violation of fair housing laws
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• •Use Farmlens to harass, contact, or target individuals in a manner that violates applicable law
• •Circumvent any access controls or security features
• •Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Farmlens data or services without written permission

5. Subscription and Billing

• •Farmlens offers monthly subscription plans as described on our pricing page
• •Free trials are available as specified at the time of signup — currently 14 days with up to 20 properties scored
• •Subscriptions are billed monthly. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• •All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information
• •Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to Farmlens will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Trial periods are not refundable once converted to a paid subscription.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FARMLENS PROVIDES PREDICTIVE SCORING BASED ON AVAILABLE DATA SIGNALS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY SCORED PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN A LISTING, SALE, CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, OR ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOME.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [LENS ANALYTICS LLC] AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FARMLENS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FARMLENS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Intellectual Property

Farmlens and all content, features, and functionality — including the scoring model, software, design, and trademarks — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to Farmlens, such as address lists. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service to you.

10. Data Accuracy

Property data used for scoring is sourced from third-party data providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free. Scores are predictive indicators only and should be used as one input among many in your business decisions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to Farmlens or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected].

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on farmlens.io at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of Farmlens after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
