We built Farmlens on a simple principle: no annual contracts, no lock-in, cancel anytime. Here is exactly how that works.
You can cancel your Farmlens subscription at any time directly from your account settings. No need to contact us, no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Once you cancel, your access to Farmlens continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded and you will no longer be charged.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access through the end of the period you already paid for — we just won't charge you again.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.
Free trial periods are provided at no charge. At the end of your trial, you will be asked to enter payment information to continue. We will not charge you automatically at the end of a trial without your explicit action.
Agents who join Farmlens via a beta access code receive complimentary access with no billing during the beta period. Beta access terms may change as we move toward general availability — we will notify you with at least 30 days notice before any charges apply.
