• •We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or financial account information.

• •Send you OTP authentication codes and account-related emails via Resend
• •Deliver property scoring and farm intelligence results
• •Notify you when your farm data is ready
• •Respond to support inquiries
• •Improve and maintain the Farmlens platform

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate Farmlens:

• •Resend — email delivery for authentication codes and notifications
• •Railway — cloud hosting and infrastructure
• •Stripe — payment processing (billing information only)
• •Mapbox — map rendering for farm boundary visualization
• •Microsoft Azure OpenAI — AI-generated outreach drafts (property data only, no personal identifying information)

We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Farmlens and its users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days unless we are required to retain it by law.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Farmlens is intended for use by professional real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on farmlens.io. Your continued use of Farmlens after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
